***IMPORTANT*** Please make sure you have read and understand our complete camp Terms & Conditions (shown below). Also, make sure you understand the correct payment total (including discounts) before registering online. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, plan your schedule ahead. This is a commitment you are signing up for. If you have ANY questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call. We will be happy to assist you. 757.468.5555 Thank you again for registering for the best Summer Camp in Hampton Roads. 1. Payments and Deposits: The non-refundable registration fee(s), PLUS a $50.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for each camper and each week of camp you register for, will be due as soon as you submit your registration form. This reserves your spot(s) in camp. Installment payments will be due on the specific dates you signed up for. Return campers can choose the same payment plan as last years camp. New campers, camp must be paid for in full prior to the start date. Auto payments will be made on the dates you selected, for your convenience. Campers WILL NOT be allowed in camp if payments have not been made following this payment guideline. RETURN CAMPERS CAN PAY THE DEPOSIT FOR EACH WEEK, AND THEN PAY THE BALANCE WEEKLY ONCE CAMP STARTS! If you sign up for any of our promotions by the deadline date, the cost of camp is discounted greatly from the regular cost of $225.00. You only have to pay the registration fee and a deposit payment of just $50.00 per week, per camper for the weeks you are enrolling in, due at the time of registration. Regular cost of camp is $225.00 per week. The deposits are all non-refundable, so PLEASE make sure you are ready for this commitment. Yes, deposit totals ARE deducted from your installment payment rate. (i.e. $175.00 – $50.00 = $125.00). EXAMPLE: Let’s say you register one camper for 5 weeks of camp. Registration Fee is $35.00, and deposits are $50/week x 5 weeks, $250.00. So $285.00 is due at the time of registration. If you receive an Early Bird Rate of $175.00 per week, $50 deposit applied to each week, your installment weekly balance would now be $125.00 x 5 weeks or $625.00 for the entire Summer. If you register in February and opt for the bi-weekly installment option (1st and the 15th), your payments would be due on 3/1, 3/15, 4/1, 4/15, 5/1, 5/15, 6/1, and 6/15 (8 payments). $625 divided by 8 equal installment payments of $78.13. *** IMPORTANT*** REGISTRATION FEE The registration fee (detailed on the “Prices” page) is an annual one-time fee required by all students and campers attending either classes and/or camp. You only have to pay one annual registration fee. If you are currently enrolled in classes at our academy, you still have to pay a registration fee for our Summer Camp, however, your registration fee will be credited in full to your first week of camp. If you register for our Summer Camp as a new student and after Summer want to register for Fall classes, you would not have to pay a registration fee for the class registration in Fall. The registration fee IS non-refundable, no exceptions. 2. Dismissal of Camper: The Camp reserves the right to dismiss, in its sole discretion, any Camper whose condition, conduct, influence or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interest of Camp or his/her fellow campers or who violates camp rules and regulations, in which case no refunds will be made. 4. Cancellations/Withdrawals: All cancellations must be in writing BY MAY 15th. We have VERY LIMITED SPACE. Late cancellations prevent us from refilling your space. A refund will be processed within 30 days for any additional monies paid. Unfortunately, any Cancellations AFTER May 15th WILL not change your obligation and all fees will remain due in full. This includes registration fee, deposits, and outstanding balances. Make sure you plan accordingly. For us to keep our camp affordable we have to have a full commitment from you. i.e.: You registered for week 5, and on Friday of week 4 we hear that Grandma is coming to town next week for a visit. Sorry, you are still responsible to pay for that week in full, attending or not. We don’t want to sound harsh, but again, we plan our camp based on numbers of registrations; staff, supplies, etc. Thanks for understanding. 5.
